Chef Tony Miniciello at the Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver incorporated my vocal tune “Cozy Sizzle” into a demonstration of cooking steak on their new website “The Northwest Method”.

“Cozy Sizzle” was the only vocal tune recorded on my 1^st album STEP UP. I wrote it as an expressive and humours take on my cooking experiences during a fundamentals course at the academy.
